Mindfulness Is For You: Tools for Self-Care and Stress Management

Date: Tuesday October 24, 2017, 7 p.m.

This speaker series workshop, led by Marc Balcer, will explore the science of stress, performance and mindfulness in an interactive, experiential format. A growing body of research shows how developing mindful awareness decreases stress and improves health, mood and sleep by creating neural new pathways that support positive habits.

Marc is the founder of the Center for Self-Care and YourMindfulCoach.com. As Your Mindful Coach, Marc offers mindfulness and meditation workshops, retreats and consultations with a special focus on youth sports, men, middle age and the workplace.
