A bit about the speaker, Alison Deutsch, CiPP, CPC, ELI-MP, MBA
Alison is a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner and Certified Personal Development Coach who experienced the challenge of relocating with her young family both domestically and overseas. Having to move four times over a period of ten years, she became so busy putting everyone else’s needs in front of her own that one day she woke up and realized she didn’t know who she was any more or what made her happy.
Returning to school, Alison underwent a personal transformation as a result of two certification programs – one in Positive Psychology (the science of well-being) and the second in Professional Coaching. Today, Alison utilizes research-backed assessments, tools, and practices that she personally road tested to inspire, educate and support women to reclaim their joy.
