Thursday September 27 at 7pm at

Ludington Library, 5 South Bryn Mawr Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010

Please join us to hear Alison Deutsch a "personal trainer" for your brain. Her talk gets to the core of what makes us our best selves. We all feel fear, anxiety, and overwhelmed at times. While we can’t always change our outer world, we can feel more inner peace even during peak periods of stress.

Alison Deutsch will share proven tools, practices and strategies that can help you bounce back from everyday stressors, and offer insight on how you can become less reactive in the first place.

Alison will give you a tool kit, of science backed resources, to help you master  the 3 Rs, Reset, Recover, & Rewire:

·      Physical Resets to immediately stop the fight or flight response

·      Positivity boosters to help Recover from setbacks

·      Strategies to Rewire our brains and minimize reactivity

A bit about the speaker, Alison Deutsch, CiPP, CPC, ELI-MP, MBA

Alison is a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner and Certified Personal Development Coach who experienced the challenge of relocating with her young family both domestically and overseas. Having to move four times over a period of ten years, she became so busy putting everyone else’s needs in front of her own that one day she woke up and realized she didn’t know who she was any more or what made her happy.

Returning to school, Alison underwent a personal transformation as a result of two certification programs – one in Positive Psychology (the science of well-being) and the second in Professional Coaching. Today, Alison utilizes research-backed assessments, tools, and practices that she personally road tested to inspire, educate and support women to reclaim their joy.
