Taste – Susanna Foo Fresh Inspiration

Susanna Foo Fresh Inspiration is the cookbook for our opening meeting of this year. Susanna Foo, the leading Chinese chef in America, winner of two James Beard awards and the Robert Mondovi Culinary Award of Excellence, has graciously donated twelve cookbooks for our group and will be attending our luncheon and speaking about her life. Please plan extra time for this exciting opening gathering.
Once you sign up on the website, you may contact Amy at amyagreenwood@gmail.com or Kris Yoo at kky@georgetown.edu or Donna at 484-919-4146 to arrange to pick up a cookbook. Please let Amy know as soon as possible which recipe you want make so duplicates can be avoided!
There is a limit of 12 participants, so please register early by going directly to the website mainlinenewcomers.org (There’s usually a waiting list, so please also let us know as soon as you can if you need to cancel and someone else will take your spot.)
